What’s the role?
The Engineering Manager will lead a team that owns, builds, supports, and maintains tools and infrastructure that directly impact the productivity of our Etsy employees. To be successful in this role, you will serve as a coach, mentor and technical advisor to your team members. You will partner with other managers and the director to set the future technical direction of Etsy’s internal tooling and infrastructure. You will collaborate with our internal business customers and partner teams to craft plans to achieve our business goals and will lead work on challenging engineering problems!
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Engineering (IT Business Systems) and the base salary range will be 132,000.00 - 172,000.00 USD per year. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn office in an in-person or flex capacity. Candidates living within commutable distance of the Brooklyn Hub, may be the first to be considered.
