    Human Resources Assistant Eulen America - Miami, FL Eulen America is a leading provider of business outsourcing services and is rapidly growing in the aviation and janitorial sectors. Eulen America is currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant in Miami, FL. The HR Admin is responsible for providing administrative support and performing a variety of technical Human Resources functions. These functions include assisting in the recruitment of associates, administering hiring and on-boarding functions of employment and preparing and maintaining employment records. This position also maintains other human resources documentation, distributes human resources communications as appropriate, and performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by Management. Essential Functions: * Participate in all daily human resources operations. * Provide assistance with the application process * Coordinate new hire orientation * Communicate with employees through phone calls and emails when documentation needs to be updated. * Compiles, files, and maintains employment, enrollment, pay change, informational and other confidential forms and records in accordance with company, state, and federal laws * Analyzes HR data and takes appropriate action to achieve desired business results * Performs general administrative functions including file maintenance Qualifications and Skills * Two years experience in Administrative functions preferably in Human Resources * Two year/AA degree preferably in Human Resources * Bi-lingual English/Spanish * Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast paced environment must be flexible * Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner * Pass a pre-employment drug test * Pass a TSA fingerprint background check * Proficient in Microsoft Office (most notable Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year * Administrative: 1 year Language: * Spanish 8 hours ago - save job
