    THE ROLE

    This is an opportunity to continue to comprehensively develop your career in human resources. This role contributes operationally within an expanding, high-growth company which recognizes the value a strong people function can bring. You will be a member of an inclusive global HR Function, working in partnership with HR colleagues in Brazil, the UK and the US.  You will be responsible for assisting with first-line operational HR support within your region.

    We are looking for an individual who has a passion for core HR and operational excellence who wants the opportunity to work closely with the business to demonstrably provide a proactive level of support across the full employee lifecycle. The best candidate will be someone who relishes the challenge of a fast-paced business, and who enjoys being hands-on delivering effective and efficient transactional HR support. Additionally, this position requires an individual who will be open-minded to change, have first-rate client service skills, and support the global team to put in place "best in class" HR frameworks that drive success in a high-performance culture.

    RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Methodize the HR share drive and maintain proper records
    • Produce and submit reports; perform data analytics
    • Assist with internal HR related inquiries or requests
    • Provide support on the recruitment process
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and/or workstreams within Human Resources, as directed

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be enrolled in an academic institution 

    • Possess a natural ability to build relationships with people across all levels

    • Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable with an ability to stay calm in challenging situations

    • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication skills are essential

    • A positive and progressive approach to work with a" will-do, can-do" attitude

    • The ability to work autonomously taking initiative in all day-to-day work

    • Highly organized with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks with complete reliability on delivery

    • A data-driven mindset to solve business challenges

    • Confident in researching facts and statistics

    • Able to work with a sense of urgency and resilience in a fast-paced environment

    LOCATION:

    • New York, Washington DC, London, or Brazil

    COMPENSATION:

    • 15/hr USD
