Responsibilities:

Meet with customers and insurance adjusters to assess roofing needs and discuss project details.

Present and explain roofing options to customers, providing accurate estimates and proposals.

Coordinate project timelines and ensure efficient project management from start to finish.

Collaborate with roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the project.

Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project details, contracts, and financials.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in the roofing or construction industry is preferred but not required.

Valid driver's license and your own truck, to travel to customer sites.

Ability to climb on roofs to assess and inspect the roofing needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and the roofing team.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively.

Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Basic computer skills to manage project documentation and communication.
