FRONT END DEVELOPER/WEB DEVELOPMENT (LOS ANGELES)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Front-End Developer/ Web Development is responsible for working on a variety of projects including but not limited to website design and development, applications, coding, creation of custom graphics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides design maintenance of all websites and other electronic publications and applications

• Prepares illustrative materials from artists and vendors

• Ensures all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design

• Collaborates with marketing and development staff on style and approach for all projects

• Provides design elements, comps, templates, and finished solutions

• Participates in efforts to improve quality of websites and other electronic publications as required

• Leads assigned active project activities and ensures that all deliverables are executes

• Performs other duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience

· 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent academic and work experience in web-based graphic design or web interface design

· PHP/HTML 5/CSS3/JavaScript

· Photoshop or Illustrator

· Responsive Web Design

· Video editing

· Mobile User Experience

· SASS/LESS

· Version Control

· Detailed Oriented

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Possess strong problem solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment

· Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently
