We are seeking a Financial Controller to become an integral part of our North America Team! You will oversee business analysis and financial controlling activities, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase our financial processes efficiency. You would report to the North America CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate monthly close and reporting * Prepare and issue manual invoices * Review sales and book accruals * Review P&L and prepare headcount & expense analysis * Prepare monthly financial review slides for the leadership team

• Coordinate budget and sales trend updates jointly with the sales team * Prepare and review of the monthly rolling forecast for sales * Assist in the annual and quarterly budget and trend process * Prepare monthly Quarter Landing

• Assist team with the management of clients and vendors contracts * Ensure key points in contract are followed (pricing, true ups, forecasts) * Preparation of Financial true ups where applicable

• Ensure compliance with federal / state regulations and internal controls standards * Uphold accuracy and integrity in financial data * Ensure internal control basics (such as segregation of duties) are in place across services

• Assist the General Manager and CFO in ad-hoc financial analysis * Pricing Analysis or Price Update on request * Travel Reporting Analysis * Transfer Price and Standard Cost Updates * Maintain and Update historical sales database

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-year of previous experience in accounting & controlling or other related fields
• Strong technical skills: you must be particularly skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Team player and Customer oriented
• Structured, organized and proactive
• Dynamic, with a strong sense of execution
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education:

• Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA a plus)
• Knowledge of the pharma industry is a plus

Job Location:

• Our offices are located in Bridgewater, NJ
• Work would be 50%-Office / 50%-Home based
