Job Description

Eurofins NSC US, the National Service Center serving the US entities of Eurofins, is searching for a US Tax Assistant in Des Moines, IA.

US Tax Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Enter and manage client data, billing and invoices
• Verify and update account status and information
• Manage jobs and prepare estimates
• Effectively Communicate with internal and external customers
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance
• Assist the tax department in various projects
• Assist in the payments of certain taxes
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications

_ The ideal candidate would possess_ :

• Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, AP, AR and invoicing
• Basic knowledge / skills of Microsoft Office programs
• Minimum of 2 years of office, administration or accounting experience

_ Basic Minimum Qualifications_ :

• Associate's degree in Accounting or the equivalent amount of experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Des Moines, IA are encouraged to apply.
