Client Services Representative II
Job Description
Come join our dynamic and growing team! We are looking for a Client Service/Project Manager with an educational or industry biological science background who would like to work in a client facing, account management role within our Eurofins’ Discovery division. This is an excellent opportunity to be the global client voice for client related communications, study management and identifying process improvement needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
o Quoting: prepare project quotes for standard service offerings using internal ERP systems.
o Collect all required documentation and review for accuracy.
o Book orders following internal protocols.
o Provide limited technical support as needed both before a project is quoted and after a study has been completed.
o Monitor project schedule and scope to ensure both remain on track.
o Communicate with customers throughout the quote to cash process.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE (BMQ):
· Bachelors of Science and strong technical understanding of and/or experience in:
o In vitro assays, especially in the areas of target-focused cell-based assays, like GPCRs or biochemical assays like kinases and bromodomains/epigenetics
o High-Throughput Screening
· Broad knowledge of drug development process
· Minimum of 2 years of (non-academic) industry experience
· 1+ years of experience in customer service
ABILITY AND/OR SKILLS (BMQ):
· Basic accounting skills needed, comfortable working with MS Office.
· Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task and manage >100 projects at any given time in a fast-paced work environment.
· Customer-service oriented and able to liaise with customers and colleagues in a clear, concise and professional manner.
· Work efficiently and independently, performing in a time-sensitive manner.
· Deliver high-quality work with 100% accuracy.
· Communicate effectively (oral & written) and be fluent in the English language.
· Identify needs and take initiatives to resolve.
· Ability to adhere to and follow SOP.
· Provide some technical support as needed before and after project initiation/completion.
