Job Description
The Sr. Events Coordinator role will be responsible for the planning and execution of tradeshows and webinars for Eurofins Discovery, with a focus on North America and Europe. This role is key for supporting the vision and strategic goals of the business at events. Select job duties will include scheduling and hosting planning meetings with US and EU-based stakeholders, communicating with show organizers, assessing and selecting sponsorships, negotiating contracts, defining tradeshow deliverables and deadlines, and keeping tradeshows and events on budget and on time.
