Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will support our panelist recruitment team as an “outbound” recruiter and marketer to generate warm leads via targeted and effective social media account management, website marketing, community outreach, event coordination, “gorilla marketing”, and continuous repositioning based on analytics, to maximize and support a constant and steady pipeline of healthy, reliable, new panelists for participation in our consumer product testing studies.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and Screen reliable and qualified clinical study panelists  to participate in testing by enrolling in a panelist database.
• Develop outreach efforts related to panelist recruitment inclusive of but not limited to:
  • Attendance at community events
  • Online advertising via social media avenues
  • Collaboration with local companies
  • Organically generated avenues to gain access to new panelists.
  • Interact directly with new panelists via phone, email, and in person.
• Identify and interface with vendors to assist with new panelists marketing campaigns
• Review, track, analyze, and adjust deployed/ongoing marketing campaigns to maximize warm lead generation.
• Work towards a preset goal of new panelist enrolled per month

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong  Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Web searches)
• Prior success working as either a recruiter, event coordinator, marketer, social media campaign driver, sales, or other related outreach efforts, in any capacity.
• Good project management and time management skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work cooperatively with others in a small-company environment.
• Ability to prioritize, and reprioritize projects and campaigns as appropriate and indicated, with little to no supervision.
• Ability to treat consumer product panelists with respect and courtesy.
• Extreme fluency with all social media, using analytics to manipulate and drive warm lead generation.
• Impeccable work ethic and conservative, meticulously groomed and professional appearance especially when offsite for events and interacting with the public.
• Reliable transportation and safe driving history.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 - 4 year degree in Marketing, Business Relations or related field
• Experience in sales, hospitality, event planning /coordinator, media campaign driver or business outreach efforts with strong face to face interaction experience and proficiency  
• Able to provide quantifiable results of previous outbound marketing  efforts success
•   1-3 years previous experience as either a recruiter, event coordinator, marketer, social media campaign driver, sales, or other related outreach efforts, in any capacity.
• Experience managing and tracking outreach efforts (letters, ad campaigns, phone calls, etc.).
