RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Perform Video/Audio/Subtitle evaluations

·         Identifying and describing severity of issues

·         Ensuring proper positioning, audio sync, and subtitle/caption sync

·         Submitting accurate, detailed reports based on findings.

·         Ability to sustain an exceptional level of detail in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment.

·         Maintain company quality control standards by adhering to checklists and departmental SOPs.

·         Full adherence to abide by organizational security policies and to protect entrusted assets.

Position is full-time.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Burbank, CA are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of home entertainment equipment.
• Working knowledge of QC processes.
• Experience using MS Office applications
• Ability to troubleshoot and act as a critical thinker.
• Strong ability to follow direction, work unsupervised, at a fast paced in a calm and collected manner.
• Ability to work independently at tasks that require concentration.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Flexibility with shift schedules.
• Ability to prepare e-mails and communicate professionally in both verbal and written form.
• Willing and able to learn, understand and grow with the business.
• Experience with FileMaker
• Proficiency in Excel
• Deep understanding of DVD & Blu-Ray production processes, Surround Sound, High Definition content and regional products (domestic and international).

BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
