Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support site facilities and laboratory operations.
- Identify, report, and track facilities issues.
- Resolve facility issues; coordinate with service providers and/or property management to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Perform routine repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks for the facility where applicable, including but not limited to: replacing lightbulbs, replacing batteries, resolving plumbing issues, cleaning kitchen, etc.
- Act as the point of contact for routine service providers, property management, and contractors.
- Maintain cleanliness of office and laboratory areas
- Assists procurement team with procurement and inventory management, including but not limited to: receiving, ordering, stocking, and auditing inventory.
- Perform routine organizing, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Occasional weekend and after hours work (may need to work early morning hour during inclement to communicate facility access) and on-call work as needed.
