Job Description
** Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility:**
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for front desk reception and administrative and clerical support to the Leadership Team members and the company.
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Des Moines, Iowa are encouraged to apply.

** The ideal candidate would possess** :
Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs
Operating standard office equipment
Customer service skills
Basic office skills
Ability to work with the public
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
** Basic Minimum Qualifications** :
High School diploma or equivalent; Course work in business or computers preferred
2-3 year secretarial/customer service experience
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
