Job Description

Eurofins Reservoirs is looking for an outgoing individual that is highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented.  As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the main person our clients interact with daily.  You will be responsible for receiving samples, logging information into our database, and basic clerical duties, while maintaining a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Greet and assist clients

·         Address needs and concerns of customers

·         Respond to phone calls and emails

·         Familiarize new clients with lab procedures

·         Receive jobs and organize samples based on Chain of Custody

·         Provide clients with supplies

·         Process credit card transactions using QuickBooks

·         Processing vendor supply orders

SKILLS:

·         Customer Service attitude with a strong work ethic

·         Excellent communication and organization skills

·         Experience as a front desk associate, receptionist, or similar role

·         Experience with various POS systems, Excel, and QuickBooks

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Additional Information

Full-time position working Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Denver, CO are encouraged to apply.

Pay rate: starting at $18/hr
