Job Description

• Generate new and additional business from new accounts and existing accounts.
• Sales activities will include, but not limited to, prospecting and calling (cold calls) for new business, qualifying clients, generating competitive price proposals, conducting follow-up calls, follow up on leads from internet, advertising, and/or referral leads, handling client calls as needed.
• Building and maintaining client relationship with emphasis on getting additional sales from existing clients
• Arrange and conduct on-site client appointments on regular basis.
• Maintenance and data entry of the marketing database

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with multi-tasking skills.
• Must have client advocacy/customer service.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette and demonstrate professional demeanor.
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to prioritize work assignments and work in fast paced setting.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be computer literate
• Must have excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Looking for enthusiastic and positive people with willingness to learn, and ability to multi-task.
• Training will be provided.

BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum of one years’ experience selling/account management of laboratory services to clients is required 
• Minimum of two years customer service experience is required 
• Must be able to travel.
• Associates Degree Required 
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time and 1st shift, Monday- Friday,  8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
