    Job Description

    ** Job Description:**

    • Prepares the respondent checks and project reconciliations for consumer tests.
    • Prepares invoices for our Customers and ensures charges are within scope of signed statement of works. If not, you must work with project owners to ensure proper documents on file to support
    • Manage accounts receivable to ensure that payments are within terms. Perform collection efforts as necessary.
    • Co-Manage and addresses the accounting shared mail box, answering questions or concerns directly or routing them to appropriate staff.
    • Co-Manage bidding shared inbox and update Sales Force with Closed Won client project bids and Project Change Controls filed. Ensure accuracy by bidding project owner
    • Prepare monthly/weekly financial/operational reports. ie. Weekly AR Aging Report, Client YTD Revenue, Time in Active Projects etc.
    • Other Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Educational/Previous Industry Experience & Background:_

    • Accounting certificate diploma, degree or prior accounts receivable experience preferred.
    • 1+ years of billing experience, Accounts Receivable, Collections or can be substituted for an accounting certificate or degree preferred.
    • Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
    • Looking for a positive attitude, friendly and clear phone voice
    • Exhibits skills with organization, attention to detail, flexibility and learning agility
