Job Description

Eurofins Genomics LLC offers industrial scale production of DNA/RNA oligonucleotides, Sanger sequencing, clinical testing, wastewater testing, genotyping, and gene synthesis. Eurofins Genomics is the fastest provider in the country for primers and sequencing.

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and service - oriented individual to provide our clients with a positive experience working with Eurofins Genomics.

The Client Support Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Be proficient with all internal information systems and website
• Represent customer’s voice within our organization
• Handle all suggestions and complaints with intent to continually improve our level of service and customer experience
• Learn basic troubleshooting measures for most frequently used product applications
• Share our product portfolio and pricing options with customers to maximize cross-selling opportunities and customer benefits
• Recognize opportunity for and initiate change
• Support field sales representatives with customer opportunities
• Improve customer retention through value-added services, incentives, and proactive communication
• Create a superior customer experience with every customer, every time

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel and Outlook
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented multi-tasker
• Demonstration of sound judgment
• Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines, and prioritize

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Customer service experience in a call-center environment (1+ years); or an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science field (e.g. Biology, or Genomics preferred)
• Sufficient experience or demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical scientific concepts
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
