• Associate Technical Sales Specialist's primary responsibility is to provide sales support with lead management, database entry, initial customer request fielding, and order fulfillment/transactional quoting.
• Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Focus of work may be in pre-sale and/or post-sales. Develop technical knowledge of broad range of analytical methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Degree in a technical field. Preferred B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent in education and experience.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and effective interpersonal, influencing skills and communication skills are required.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PPT).
• Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain good organizational skills.

Note:

• This position requires to work fulltime at our SF Bay Area location. We will not be providing relocation assistance for this role.

Additional Information

Total Compensation Range (base salary & annual bonus): $80,780 - $94,200/yr (Base salary commensurate with experience and degree of technical expertise).
