Job Description

Provide timely internal non-GMP testing support for various teams

Support automation of analytical workflows and qualification of automated assays

Document lab work and results in ELN and/or LIMS

Coordinate, store, and properly handle samples and retains

Manage and track supply of controls, reference standards, and critical reagents

Train other analysts as necessary

Ensure Instruments and lab are properly maintained

Work with many other groups to support client's mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related science with 0-2+ years industry experience, Master’s Degree in related science with 0+ years industry experience
• Basic lab skills – pipetting, serial dilutions, molar calculations, buffer preparation, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Highly organized team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and can manage multiple laboratory activities
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• The desire to branch out and learn new skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of biopolymer (proteins, nucleic acids, lipids) science
• Experience with common separations techniques including but not limited to liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, agarose-based gels, silver staining is desired
• Experience with common biophysical techniques including but not limited to nanoparticle tracking analysis, dynamic light scattering, multi-angle light scattering, micro-flow imaging is desired
• Familiarity in operation and maintenance of HPLC is a plus

Additional Information
