Job Description

• Sourcing and screening variety of scientific and non-technical support candidates
• Direct client service interface, strong client service and project management skills
• Perform related project management functions in regards to new site set-ups in client environments
• Conduct phone screens, check references, schedule interviews, file documents, enter data into system, assist in special projects

Qualifications

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS:

• Strong recruiting and client service orientation
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma and enrolled full time in college beyond freshman year.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is a temporary Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm not to exceed three months in length. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
