    Job Description

    • Monitoring training to ensure all corporate and local training requirements are met by staff.
    • Maintaining complete and accurate records to ensure that all personnel are trained in required Global and Local SOPs and policies.
    • Partner with HR and Hiring Manager to assist in hiring and on-boarding/off boarding activities of personal.
    • Coordinating seat assignments, on-boarding activities & information, and communication with facilities team.
    • Reviewing employee training materials to meet initial and annual certification requirements.
    • Ensuring timely completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training.
    • Manage Master Service Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements.  Coordinate with Legal to set up new agreements and monitor existing agreements for expirations/process renewals.
    • The position liaises with Global Quality Compliance, Finance, Global Operations, Legal, Procurement, and other business units as needed to meet department and team requirements.
    • Works closely with EHS, QMR, and management team to communicate company and employee needs as they relate to training.
    • Fosters teamwork.
    • Works collaboratively with staff, peers, and management to achieve business goals.
    • Communicates continuously and resolves conflicts proactively.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry. Experience in a drug discovery setting.
    • Experience in training management, business operations, or project management is highly desired.
    • Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about the work.  Demonstrate accountability, result and solution orientation.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional environment.
    • Collaborative nature and team mentality with ability to execute as an individual.
    • Ability to influence without authority.
    • Ability to adjust communications and approach to the situation and audience.
    • Experience in pharmaceutical business a plus.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, Excel, SharePoint O365, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Project.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to develop presentations and communication pieces.
    • Experience with Coupa, SABA, LEADS, Concur a plus. 
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
    • Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively, with sensitivity, and without breach of confidentiality.
    • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

    Position is full-time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA are encouraged to apply.
