Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry. Experience in a drug discovery setting.
- Experience in training management, business operations, or project management is highly desired.
- Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about the work. Demonstrate accountability, result and solution orientation.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional environment.
- Collaborative nature and team mentality with ability to execute as an individual.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to adjust communications and approach to the situation and audience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical business a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required, Excel, SharePoint O365, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Project.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to develop presentations and communication pieces.
- Experience with Coupa, SABA, LEADS, Concur a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Must be able to handle confidential information and issues effectively, with sensitivity, and without breach of confidentiality.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
