Job Description

• Production, testing, inventory, and supply of Master and Working cell banks for clinical and commercial production
• Culture and cryopreserve mammalian cells under GMP conditions using aseptic techniques and following SOPs
• Interaction with internal and external customers to ship cell banks
• Follow appropriate SOPs and all internal documentation requirements. Communicates effectively with client staff members
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BS or MS in biological sciences, biochemistry, chemical engineering or related scientific discipline
• Experience in cell banking/cell culture is required.
• Experience in a GMP regulated environment is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be comfortable working in a matrix environment and have the ability to connect with different functional groups and people in multiple levels while embracing and driving change.

Additional Information

This position is Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA **** are encouraged to apply.
