Job Description

• Biology experience including, but not limited to, the following: mammalian cell culture techniques and cell assay development
• Maintaining organoid cultures and generating functional data
• Capable of balancing multiple tasks at once while delivering the highest standard of quality data.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to foster an environment for learning and open/honest communication
• Ability to identify and implement operational and organizational improvements
• Analytical/Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting skills
• Transwell permeability assay
• Tissue dissection
• RNA purification, qPCR and gel electrophoresis
• Fluorescence microscope
• ELISAs and luciferase assays

Qualifications

• B.S. with minimum of 2 years of research experience in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular/Cell Biology or related discipline. 
• Experience with mammalian cell culture.
• Ability to work well in a team environment incorporating a variety of functional relationships.

Additional Information

Position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to Indianapolis, IN are encouraged to apply.
