Job Description

• Expression plasmid design and restriction enzyme cloning
• Microbial fermentation for expression of recombinant proteins
• Purification of recombinant proteins from cell culture
• Purified protein analysis by SDS-PAGE gels
• Mammalian cell culture

Qualifications

• Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep timely and accurate records, follow instructions, ability to identify and implement operational and organizational improvements, and comply with company policies and GLP processes, while delivering the highest standard of quality data

Strong demonstrated aseptic technique

• Position is full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
