RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Compliance with ISO:9001 and ISO:13485 standards
• Maintain inventory levels for all bulk, intermediate, and finished products
• Create and fulfill work orders (build assemblies), and control lot numbers for manufacturing personnel
• Work with Product Manager to establish and maintain bills of materials for all manufactured products
• Perform cycle counts, monitor expiring/expired product, and process inventory deemed for scrap
• Maintain product identification and location accuracy within the facility
• Address daily inventory issues as they arise
• Assist Operations Director with IT-related matters

Qualifications

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS:

• Strong computer skills (experience with inventory software)
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

BASIC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred
• 0-3 years of inventory management experience
• ERP/MRP or inventory software experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• The position is full-time, Monday-Friday. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Warminster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
