Responsibilities: • Clearly articulate automotive repair issues and repairs needed to remedy them to both customers and auto mechanics • Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs • Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems • Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools • When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers which will include owners of BMW Mercedes Porsche Bentley and/or Audi vehicles Qualifications: • Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal • GED or high school diploma is mandatory • Strong customer service and communications skills are needed • ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive • Experience repairing BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Bentley, and/or Audi vehicles Compensation: $35 - $50 hourly
