Europa Village is looking to fill the position of Banquet Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Strong customer service is a must. Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience required.
Banquet Bartender Reports to:
Catering Manager
Responsibilities Specific to a Banquet Bartender:
Possesses and lives Europa Village's core values
Greets guests with a smile and eye contact and presents beverage menu
Delivers unsurpassed level of customer service to each guest
Stocks alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and prepares banquet bar based on the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
Prepares necessary garnishes and equipment prior to event based on the BEO
Makes drink recommendations and answers all related questions
Maintains a clean work station at all times
Coordinates with Banquet Servers in providing champagne toasts
Develops an efficient work place to enhance guest satisfaction
Accurately uses the POS system to record drink orders, prepare checks and process payment
Follows all state liquor laws and Serving Alcohol with Sense (S.A.W.S) policies, including proper ID checking, responsible beverage service and ensures no one under 21 is served alcohol
