    Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. Everything viewed, touched and crafted will reflect an unsurpassed level of authenticity that speaks to our theme. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.

    Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Guest Service Agent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Previous hotel experience is a plus. Strong customer service is a must.

    Guest Services Manager

    Responsibilities Specific to Front Desk Agent

    Possess and live Europa Village core values.

    Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor.

    Makes and confirms reservations.

    Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures.

    Obtains or confirms guest information, assign rooms, activates and distributes keys.

    Answers phones and assists the caller with reservations.

    Provides local information on restaurants, special sites, activities to enhance their visit to Temecula Valley Wine Country and Europa Village.

    Resolves customer complaints and problems calmly and effectively.

    Takes and delivers messages for guests.

    Assist with and books tours and wine tastings for guests.

    Maintains a friendly, personable disposition.

    Performs various clerical tasks as needed (sorting mail, paper filing, etc.).

    Other duties as assigned.

    Expectations of the Front Desk Agent

    Create and foster an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.

    Be comfortable working on feet for long periods of time.

    Be able to communicate Europa Village's story.

    Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.

    Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks, stockings and shoes.

    Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.

    Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.

    Keep eye out for attention to detail.

    Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.

    Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
