Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time, Retail Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, a creative mind and an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. This position requires precise organization and work habits. Strong computer skills is a must.

Responsibilities Specific to Retail Manager:

Possess and live Europa Village core values.

Oversees the daily operations of the retail store and areas.

Trains, manages and regularly evaluates team performance.

Recruits, selects, orients and trains new employees.

Manages all retail operations and delegates responsibilities.

Manages employees and provides coaching and mentorship to optimize productivity and increase sales.

Delivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Sets and monitors retail budget, making every effort to maximize efficiency and profits.

Sources and obtains price quotes from catalogues and suppliers.

Negotiates with supplier for delivery, quality, price and conditions of sale.

Maintains a strong working relationship with vendors.

Formulates pricing policies for all products sold in retail areas.

Anticipates and maximizes guest interest, reaction and expectations by displaying products appropriately.

Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotions and display plans.

Plans and executes specials and promotions, including Summer Sale and Christmas Market.

Creates and analyzes detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.

Possesses a keen eye for attention to detail.

Other duties as assigned.
