We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.Europa Village is looking to fill the full-time position of Purchasing & Receiving Agent. The ideal candidate must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload packages and product as well as the clerical skills to update records and follow up with vendors. Previous Food & Beverage Receiving experience is a must. Previous purchasing experience is a plus.Purchasing & Receiving Agent Reports To:

    Responsibilities Specific to Position of Purchasing & Receiving Agent:

    Possesses and lives Europa Village core values.

    Responsible for ensuring that all food, beverage, and nonfood deliveries are received, inspected and coincide with the approved purchase order.

    Receives, unloads and processes deliveries and accounts for incoming product based on invoice and receiving reports.

    Groups merchandise by department and marks appropriately for delivery throughout the property.

    Delivers merchandise and product to the appropriate department.

    Verifies and tracks received inventory and completes inventory reports and logs.

    Reconciles shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy.

    Secures the receiving area to ensure safekeeping of product and packages.

    Verifies quantity and condition of packages and product upon receipt.

    Maintains accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions.

    Communicates with Purchasing Manager regarding any loss or damage with packages or product.

    Follows all state and local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations.

    Conducts inventories on all storage areas, refrigerators and freezers to ensure adequate supplies for the entire property are met.

    Promptly reviews and fills all department requisitions.

    Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

    Ability to operate a pallet jack, hand truck and golf cart on a daily basis.

    Must be able to work weekends and holidays
