    PAY STRUCTURE

    We offer competitive hourly compensation starting at $15 per hour. I addition to your base pay you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2-$6/hour worked from tips, bonuses, and commission.

    STAFFING NEEDS

    Our part-time employees work 12-24 hours per week. All employees are required to rotate weekend shifts. Shifts are anywhere from 4-6 hours long depending on full or part-time.

    SHIFTS

    Monday - Thursday

    Open: 9am - 3pm

    Close: 3pm - 9pm

    Friday

    Open: 9am - 2pm

    Close: 2pm -7pmSaturdayOpen: 9am - 1pmClose: 1pm - 5pm

    Sunday

    Open/Close Single Shift: 10am -4pm

    JOB DETAILS INCLUDE

    Must be willing to work at multiple locations as requested

    Work min 2 weekends per month

    Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and extra hours as requested

    Adhere to European Tan’s ‘Time Off/Vacation Request’ Best Practice

    Open availability and increased flexibility during peak season (12/1 - 6/30)

    Be available to work during holidays and promotional sales

    CUSTOMER SERVICE/ PUBLIC RELATIONS

    Ensure our customers receive an excellent tanning experience by maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the salon through a series of daily tasks and cleaning duties

    Day to Day Standard of Communication with Clients/Members

    Takes calls as needed

    Member Complaints (as they occur on shift)

    Maintain a standard of excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problems, and answering questions for customers

    Judiciously and effectively address customer requests appropriately

    Escalate customer service issues to appropriate levels of management

    SALES

    Required 2 hour personal and professional training meeting every 3rd Sunday of the month

    Promote and believe in the benefits of indoor tanning

    Demonstrate good personal character-- integrity, honesty, and fairness in your personal life, at work, and within the community

    Be your best self throughout the community

    Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work culture where there is teamwork, camaraderie, and excellent communication

    Ensure clients and members receive a tanning experience tailored specifically to their individual needs by educating, promoting and selling European Tan’s Fitzpatrick Skin Typing protocol and the tanning process

    Support the leadership and management of your salon

    Comprehend all pricing, products, service techniques, current promotions and advertisements

    Achieve personal sales goals
