We are currently seeking a fabulous SALES MANAGER for a location within the Nashville, CHARLOTTE, NC area who can execute all of European Wax Center's policies and procedures and can lead by example by achieving individual KPI's to exceed and uphold standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Sales Manager is responsible for working along with the Center Sales Leader to ensure every guest has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company's desired financial results by driving the center's KPI metrics. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Maintaining Guest Service Associates staff by recruiting, onboarding and training new associates
- Follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly stretch goals to coach and train Guest Service Associates to achieve and exceed KPI's
- Drive the center's KPI metrics
- Leading by example by achieving individual KPI's to exceed and uphold standards
POSITION DUTIES
- Set goals to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, yearly objectives and Daily Team Huddle with GSA team regards to Goals.
- Make sure all the employees come in EWC uniform
- Ensure each guest/member has a great customer experience
- Ensure all confirmation calls are made and no call, no show are being addressed immediately
- Focus on daily key performance indicators to drive profitability
- Check reports daily to ensure metrics are up to company standards
- Coach GSA staff and role play daily
- Maintain impeccable center cleanliness and organization. Hallway, Lobby, restrooms, clutter and dust free front desk as well as retail shelves. Ensure wax suits are clean after each shift and wax suit cleaning intranet form is filled out daily basis
- Ensure GSAs completes and signs off an opening, daily, and closing checklist
- Ensure staffs clocks in and out for shifts and breaks
- Update communication board weekly
- Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring and Training the Front Desk Staff
- Works with Center Sales Leader to control point usage, refunds and other Loss Prevention areas
- Ensures Inventory done accurately and submit supplies that are needed through appropriate systems
- Understands, believes in and upholds EWC Vision and Values

Physical Demands
- Ability to operate a POS system to create reports using Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Tracking, and POS system.
Availability
- Open and Flexible
- Must be available for morning, night, and weekend shifts and on call for emergencies
