We are currently seeking a CENTER SALES LEAD who can execute all of European Wax Center's policies and procedures while upholding performance standards. The CSL is responsible for working along with the Center Business Manager to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience while driving the center's metrics. The ideal candidate is accountable, punctual, organized, and positively reflects our brand. A self-motivated and a go-getter who leads and inspires by example, encourages fact-based solutions and celebrates the success of others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain Guest Service Associates staff by recruiting, onboarding and training new associates.
Follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly stretch goals to coach and train GSA’s to exceed KPI's.
Lead by example by achieving individual KPI's to exceed and uphold profitability.
Coach and inspire GSA’s with a Daily Team Huddle.
Ensure associates comply with company guidelines, policies and protocol.
Check reports daily to ensure metrics are up to company standards.
Review and delegate task to GSA team daily for maximum profitability.
Maintain impeccable center cleanliness and organization.
Works with Center Business Manager to control point usage, refunds and other Loss Prevention areas.
Understands, believes in and upholds EWC Core Values (Three C’s).
Establishes a loyal guest base through their behavior, product presentation, and service.
Works with CBM to innovatively achieve center metrics.
Ability to operate a POS system to create reports using Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Tracking, and POS system.

Must be available for morning, night, and weekend shifts and on call for emergencies
