Position at a glance: The Human Resources Administrative Intern will become a part of Evalueserves Human Resources team for one month. The Human Resources Administrative Intern will be responsible for: Responsibilities: * Audit all employee and contractor files to guarantee compliance standards are upheld * Process documents for all HR processes * Conduct a screening in healthcare portals to ensure accurate information * Review all I-9 files to ensure supporting documents are up to date * Review all visa folders kept in the office for completeness * Provide administrative work in the HR filing cabinets (re-organizing, etc.) * Review client compliance documents and create checklists for future use to guarantee compliance standards are upheld Requirements: * Strong organizational skills * Experience with Word, Excel and Power Point * Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills * Flexible and eager to learn new things Job Types: Temporary, Internship Salary: $15.00 /hour 6 hours ago
