CFE, Inc. is looking for an experienced, motivated, energetic Construction Foreman with excellent carpentry skills for a full-time position.

 The foreman will oversee the day-to-day work of laborers; monitor the site production rates, and report hours and work with subcontractors while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring quality work is being performed and production deadlines are being met.

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity in the construction industry.
• Must have experience with layout, elevations, and blueprint reading.
• Must be deadline and detail-oriented.
• Must have the ability to communicate well with coworkers and customers.
• Must have coaching and on-the-job training experience.
• Must have the ability to motivate, promote teamwork and provide the opportunity for job skills growth.
• Must have own hand tools, transportation and a valid driver's license. Compensation for travel is provided.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have to ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screening.

COMPENSATION: $18.00/hr.- $24.00/hr. based on proven experience.
