Psychotherapist - Niche Private Practice - EFT & Sex Therapy Are you looking for a psychotherapy position? Do you specialize, or are you interested in specializing, in couples and sex therapy and a relational approach to practice? Interested in the individualized attention and mentoring that can come with a small group practice? This could be the right place for you! We strive to maintain a high caliber of clinical work, and the nurture and professional development of therapists is one of our core values. Evanston Relational Psychotherapy is a small, niche practice focused on the intersection of (Emotionally Focused Therapy/EFT) couple therapy, sex therapy, and trauma therapy. We do see people for more general concerns as well, but this is the focus of our practice. Supervision is provided – individual and group supervision for those seeking clinical licensure, and group supervision for those clinically licensed, with individual consultation as needed. Supervision will include education and mentoring in the niche areas of the practice. As per the practice name, we have a strong emphasis on a relational approach to our work. The practice is entirely self-pay. Each clinician reserves a couple of sliding-fee spots to maintain the accessibility of services. But there is no hassle with insurance companies. Therapist fees will depend on the level of licensure. For those at the basic licensure level (LSW/LPC/AMFT), fees are $140, and for those clinically licensed (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT), fees are set at $160. For those with extensive experience providing psychotherapy (10+ years) and/or with specific advanced certifications (EFT, AASECT/CST, EMDR, IEDP), fees are set at $180. For those with 10+ years of experience and one of those advanced certifications, fees are set at $200. Therapists are paid 50% of collected client fees, and our collection rate is excellent. This is an employee (W2) position. Benefits for FT employees (caseload of 25) include: • A choice of 6 BCBS PPO and HMO health plans with $300 employer contribution (2 month waiting period) • 401k with 3% employer contribution (6 month waiting period) • Accrued PTO of 50 hours/year (the equivalent of 2 clinical weeks) • Annual Continuing Education Stipend of $500 While priority will be given to those seeking FT work, PT (15 clients+) will be considered for an excellent match.
