    POSITION LOCATION: Highpoint

    REPORTS TO: Director of Service Lines

     

    JOB SUMMARY: The Service Line Manager – Pharmacy (Manager) will be the champion for Pharmacy services. The Manager maintains market and competitive awareness, is involved in creating new business opportunities and is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and overall effectiveness and efficiency of Pharmacy services. Expertise in Pharmacy services and 340B will be utilized to develop and maintain highly competitive and profitable services.

     

     

    DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:  

    • Working knowledge of State of Florida Pharmacy rules and regulations
    • Working knowledge of 340B
    • Effective project management
    • Ability to positively relate to stakeholders, co-workers, patients, and vendors with good interpersonal skills 
    • High level of computer and database management skills 
    • Strategic planning skills 
    • Ability to handle multiple projects, establishes priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently 
    • Ability to organize thoughts, develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, employees, management, vendors, customers, and other groups affiliated with the organization 
    • Ability to manage conflict and build consensus as necessary.  
    • Ability to assess and interpret learning needs and translate these into effective action plans 
    • Program planning and leadership skills 
    • Ability to foster effective working relationships within a team environment 
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills 
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with others 
    • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports 
    • Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills

     

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

    • Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred or similar field, or equivalent experience
    • At least 2 years experience in the management of our oversight of a pharmacy, and business operation experience, preferred
    • 340B experience required
