Responsibilities: Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers Qualifications: Proven negotiating and communication skills Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Proven track record of at least 1+ years' history of increase and growth Compensation: $125,000 at plan earnings
