Part-Time Evening Area Supervisor Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services

Office Pride is hiring a dependable and motivated Evening Area Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations in Roanoke, Salem, Blacksburg, Dublin, and surrounding areas.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (part-time evenings)

Pay & Benefits:

$18/hour

Gas allowance provided

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple sites

Perform quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction

Step in to clean when needed to support the team and maintain standards

Train, coach, and motivate team members

Communicate effectively with both staff and management

Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Ability to clean when required and set a strong example for the team

Reliable transportation (travel between sites required)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
