Evening Buffet Cook – Hotel
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Evening Buffet Cook to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for preparing and maintaining the evening buffet while ensuring guests receive a high-quality dining experience in a clean and professional environment.
Schedule
Sunday – Thursday
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook buffet items according to hotel recipes and standards
Set up, stock, and maintain the evening buffet during service hours
Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and temperatures
Replenish food and supplies throughout the shift
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, prep areas, and buffet line
Follow all food safety and health department regulations
Assist with kitchen prep, inventory, and closing duties
Work closely with hotel staff to provide an excellent guest experience
Qualifications
Previous cooking or buffet experience preferred
Ability to work evenings and maintain a consistent schedule
Strong time management and organizational skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Food Handler Permit preferred
