    We’re looking for dedicated and experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs and PCAs who thrive in providing hands-on care and can commit to 2–12 hour shifts between 7pm–7am. This position is best suited for those with consistent, dependable availability. This role is ideal for individuals who can commit to these hours without outside obligations that could impact patient care.

    Serving: Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, and Tega Cay

    Please note: Due to the sensitive nature of in-home care, applicants with felony or relevant misdemeanor convictions cannot be considered.

    Requirements and Responsibilities

    Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care

    Proven experience with toileting, incontinent care, bathing, dressing, and other ADLs

    Monitor client health to reduce hospital re-admissions

    Build trust with clients and their families

    Accurately complete care tasks and documentation

    Follow individualized care plans with professionalism

    Must be comfortable working overnight or full-day shifts

    Qualifications & Skills

    Must pass a South Carolina SLED background check

    Minimum of 6 months experience with seniors or chronically ill individuals

    CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred

    Strong communication and documentation skills

    Reliable, compassionate, and punctual

    Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if transporting clients)

    Experience with WellSky is a plus

    Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
