    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will have a passion for food preparation and provide excellent service, ensuring that our kitchen runs efficiently and delivers high-quality meals to our patrons.

    Responsibilities:

    - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the established menu and recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
    - Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
    - Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and streamlined service during the evening shift.
    - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety and sanitation standards.
    - Assist in monitoring inventory levels, and alerting the chef or kitchen manager of any potential shortages.
    - Participate in the nightly wrap-up, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and all equipment is off or appropriately stored.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
    - Knowledge of food safety practices and experience with kitchen equipment.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork.
    - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.
    - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
    - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
