🔧 Now Hiring: Night Maintenance Technician 📍 Multifamily Community 💰 $18 – $20 per hour | Weekly Pay 🕐 Schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 5 days per week

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the property during evening hours while supporting maintenance operations and preparing units for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform door-to-door trash collection following community guidelines • Maintain and service dog waste stations (replace liners and bags as needed) • Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turnovers • Perform light repairs, painting, drywall patching, and touch-ups • Inspect units to ensure plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are functioning properly • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to the supervisor or Property Manager • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition • Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed to support property operations

Qualifications

✔ Basic maintenance knowledge including painting, drywall repair, and minor plumbing/electrical work ✔ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to property cleanliness ✔ Reliable and professional work ethic ✔ Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the property for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items when necessary • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
