Evening & Night Manager – Overtime Athletic Club (Rock Hill, SC)

Pay: $17–$25/hour (based on experience) Experience: 2+ years in fitness, training, or sports performance

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Evening & Night Manager to oversee nightly operations, deliver a great member experience, and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and fully secured each night.

What You’ll Do

Lead evening operations and serve as the point person on-site

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility

Oversee training, recovery, and front desk areas

Restock supplies and keep all spaces fully operational

Identify and report equipment or facility issues

Execute nightly closing procedures (shutdown, lockup, alarm)

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in a gym or training environment

WELLNESS LIVING experience a plus, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Self-starter who works well independently

Reliable, consistent, and accountable

Passion for fitness and athlete development
