Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the facility during PM shift hours and ensuring our curricula meet the developmental needs of children in all age groups. This dual-role position requires a dynamic leader who thrives in an educational setting, values structure and creativity, and is dedicated to supporting both staff and children.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all PM shift operations including staff oversight, safety compliance, and parent communication.

Ensure that all PM shift activities run smoothly and align with licensing regulations and center policies.

Collaborate with teachers to implement engaging, age-appropriate, curricula for infants through school-age children.

Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and provide coaching and support to teaching staff.

Maintain accurate records, schedules, and incident reports as needed.

Act as the primary point of contact for parents and staff during PM shift hours.
