Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of common areas

Remove trash and keep dumpster areas clean

Clean breezeways and surrounding areas

Ensure property remains clean and presentable

Requirements:

Dependable and punctual

Able to work independently

Physically able to perform cleaning duties
