Direct Support Professional (DSP) 📍 Location: N 50th St, Philadelphia, PA 19131 💲 Pay Rate: $15/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Every Other Weekend: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide quality home care assistance for an elderly lady in a comfortable residential setting. If you are patient, dependable, and passionate about making a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist with transfers and mobility support

Provide personal care, including diaper changes

Support activities of daily living

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Follow the individualized care plan

Qualifications:

Previous DSP or caregiving experience preferred

Ability to safely perform physical tasks such as transfers

Reliable transportation

Must pass all required background checks
