McKenney Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Caregivers to provide exceptional one-on-one support to clients throughout Lee and Collier County, FL. Position Details

📅 Schedule: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday; flexible day and evening shifts available) 📍 Locations: Lee County & Collier County (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and surrounding areas) 💼 Job Type: Part-Time / Weekend

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our home care team, you’ll help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Typical responsibilities include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support

Providing companionship and emotional support, including to clients with dementia or memory care needs

Preparing meals and supporting clients with nutrition and hydration

Offering medication reminders (no medication administration required)

Performing light housekeeping and laundry

Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in client health or behavior

Qualifications

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely

Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detail

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

CPR certification (or willingness to complete)

TB test within the last 6 months (or willingness to complete)

AHCA Level 2 background screening (or willingness to complete)
