    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will assist with logistics, vendor coordination, setup and teardown, and provide on-site support to ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish

    • Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to confirm event details

    • Prepare and organize event materials (signage, badges, programs, etc.)

    • Manage event set-up and breakdown, including decor, equipment, and supplies

    • Provide support during events, including guest assistance and troubleshooting

    • Maintain event budgets and track expenses

    • Conduct post-event evaluations and assist with reporting

    • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred)

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
