The Event Assistant supports the coordination and execution of company events, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, registration, and guest coordination.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and participants.
Help manage event logistics, materials, and promotional displays.
Provide on-site support during events and assist with breakdown afterward.
Contribute to event planning and follow-up reports.
