    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with event setup, registration, and guest coordination.

    • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and participants.

    • Help manage event logistics, materials, and promotional displays.

    • Provide on-site support during events and assist with breakdown afterward.

    • Contribute to event planning and follow-up reports.
